Björklidens Stugby

Björkliden's philosophy is to reuse and preserve, they update both secondhand and supplement with new to maintain the character of Björkliden as much as possible. No cottage are the same, both furniture and details differ from each other, which makes them unique.

In all cottages there is a toilet with small shower, a mini kitchen with hotplate or stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker and toaster as well as glasses, cutlery, etc. for the number of persons in the cottage. In the kitchen there is a starter kit with dishwashing liquid, dish brush, sponge and cloth as well as bags for biowaste. Waste sorting is mandatory. Beds with mattress pad, duvet and pillow, some cottages have bunk beds.

Boats both with or without an engine are available for rent as well as life jackets to borrow in sizes 10-20 kg, 30-50 kg and 70-90+ kg. Cribs and highchairs are available for rent subject to availability. Pets are welcome in cabin 11, 13-17, however, pets are not welcome at the sandy beach.

By the beach is the beach house which houses a living room with TV and a small library as well as sauna. There is a playing field for badminton, volleyball as well as sandbox and swings. Wireless free Wifi in the area.

From Björkliden it is close to Smartpark, game safari, Eckerö Golf, walking paths, discgolf and many nice beaches. Further away you will find several museums and leasure pool Mariebad.

In Marsund there are nice fishing waters and the fishing season at Björkliden is May-June and August-September. There are tables for clearing the fish under roof and there is also possibility to freeze fish.

Remember to notify your arrival time to the host no later than the day before.
