Ground floor: living room/kitchen, bedroom (double bed), shower and WC.
Upper floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds), open sleeping area with 8 beds, shower and WC.
Kitchen equipment: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric whisk.

From Eckerö: Road 1 from the harbor, about 8 km towards Mariehamn. Turn left downhill before Marsund onto a smaller gravel road, Fagerviksudden. Follow the road past a field on the right side to a field on the left side (approx. 1.3 km), then turn right towards the beach and the cottage. From Mariehamn: Road 1 about 27 km to Eckerö.
