Käringsund Triathlon is renowned for its scenic course and well-organized competition. The triathlon has been held since 2009, with a pause in 2022-2023, and is now back in 2024. Whether you are an experienced triathlete or a beginner, you will appreciate the challenging swimming, cycling, and running through this fantastic landscape.
Käringsund Triathlon is a two day event where Friday is traditionally dedicated to the team relay, which this year is joined by an individual short supersprint. Saturday is entirely dedicated to individual starts.
The Käringsund relay is a short supersprint (200 m swimming, 6 km cycling, and 2 km running) where all three team members perform one part of the relay. This year, an individual short supersprint for both youth (competition, P/F13-15) and adults (recreational) will also take place on Friday!
