Strandängen

The house is built 2021-2022 and maintains a very high standard with floor heating throughout the house. The house has an open floor plan and houses the kitchen and living room with wood burning stove, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, dishwasher and airfryer. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Wi-fi through fiber connection.
There are four beds, which one is a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed. TV and stereo with sound system. Several terraces with sun from early morning until afternoon. Outdoor furniture and gas grill.

Children swings and space for play at the yard. Kubb game and basket for disc golf. The municipal beach with jumping tower is just a short rowing trip or 5 minutes walk away. Rowing boat is included in the rent. Boat with motor can be rented at extra cost.

There is a carport and a floating pier where you can enjoy your morning coffee during sunrise.

Strandängen is located in Kroklund with bus stop 250 m away, 8 km to Godby, 20 km to Maxinge shopping center, 25 km to Mariehamn. Close to activities such as golf, disc golf and bouldering.
