Strandängen

Built in 2021–2022, the house offers a very high standard with waterborne underfloor heating throughout. It has an open floor plan with a kitchen and living room featuring a fireplace, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee and water kettle, dishwasher, and air fryer.
The bathroom has a spacious shower. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi via fast fiber connection.
 
There are four beds, including one double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. TV and stereo with sound system.
Generous terraces with sun from early morning until midday. Outdoor furniture and gas grill.
 
A swing set and play area are available in the yard. Kubb game and a disc golf basket.
The municipal swimming beach with a diving tower is just a short rowing trip or a 5-minute walk away.
A rowing boat is included in the rent. A motorboat can be rented for an additional cost.
 
Next to the house, there is a carport for your vehicle and a floating dock where you can enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise.
 
Strandängen is located in Kroklund with a bus stop 250 m away, 8 km to Godby, 20 km to Maxinge shopping center, and 25 km to Mariehamn.
Close to activities such as golf, disc golf, and bouldering.
